The purpose of the vacant public position, according to the job description

Contributing to the achievement of the mission and strategic objectives of the State Chancellery by promoting and applying a high-performing management and the efficient performance of tasks basis.

The basic tasks of the vacant public office, according to the job description:

Participation in the administration processes of the Chancellery of State;

Ensuring the process of cooperation with ministries and other central administrative authorities for the purpose of planning, elaboration, implementation and monitoring of normative acts arising from the Government's activity priorities;

Ensuring the execution of measures related to the general management of the public administration, solving organizational, legal, economic and technical problems of the Government's activity;

Coordinating the areas of competence established, in order to achieve the operational and strategic objectives, as well as managing the effective collaboration of the patronized structural subdivisions.

Responsibilities
  1. Participation in the administration processes of the State Chancellery;
  2. Ensuring the process of cooperation with the ministries and other central administrative authorities for the purpose of planning, elaboration, implementation and monitoring of normative acts arising from the priorities of activity of the Government;
  3. Ensuring the execution of the measures related to the general management of the public administration, solving the organizational, legal, economic and technical problems of the activity Government;
  4. Coordinating the areas of competence established, in order to achieve the operational and strategic objectives, as well as managing the efficient collaboration of the patronized structural subdivisions.
Requirements

Studies: Higher, bachelor's or equivalent, preferably in the field of management, public administration, economics, law;

Master's studies or other higher qualifications in the relevant fields constitute a advantage. Professional experience: Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the field of public administration, economics, law, project management, managerial experience of at least 3 years.

Knowledge:

  • national legislation;
  • administration public;
  • public management;
  • organizational theory;
  • public policies;
  • public affairs;
  • language of international traffic at level B2
  • computer operation: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet.
  • Skills: Analysis and synthesis, planning, organization, decision-making, motivation, control, communication, teamwork.

Attitudes/behaviours: integrity; respect for human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality; openness to citizens, media and civil society; initiative; perseverance; creativity; fairness; responsibility; irreproachable reputation (lack of involvement in dubious cases, including demonstrated through journalistic investigations, lifestyle corresponding to official income, etc.).
